I need to access same session bean across multiple servlets/JSPs . can any1 suggest an efficient way of doing so.

I presume you mean you need to link a Servlet session with a particular Session in the EJB tier. To do this, acquire the handle of your stateful session bean (from the Home interface) and store the handle reference as a session variable in your Servlet container. You can then re-acquire the SSB from the Handle reference.
