Object-Oriented Remoting, a pattern language, describes the building blocks of typical remoting frameworks. Examples of such frameworks are Java RMI, CORBA or .NET Remoting. The pattern language I present covers the topics rather abstractly, but the technology projections in the later sections of my work map these abstract concepts to concrete technologies.
I'd be happy to receive comments from TheServerSide community about what you think about the work.
The language is downloadable from www.voelter.de/remoting/
