I am new to this EJB world, I have window 98 Platform is it possible to run and deploy bean on 98, If yes which tools i have to download and from where.

All the 100% Java based appservers should work just fine, although you might have difficulties if you want to run it/them as a "service" (referring to W2K services and the like, which start when windows starts).
Try JBoss from jboss.org, Resin from caucho.com, or Orionserver from orionserver.com. They all have free licences for (at least) development and are the easiest to get running.
