IBM Corp. is releasing WebSphere Transcoding Publisher Version 3.5. This new offering is built on a Java-based architecture and is designed to convert HTML and XML data and applications to other formats, such as WML HDML, and i-Mode, a packet-based information service for mobile phones. WebSphere Transcoding Publisher Version 3.5 will be available Nov. 24. It will be priced at $30,000.
