when I try to start weblogic 5.1 server on a Red hat linux 6.1 I get an error that cannot find the shared library path

look at the startup script of startWeblogic.sh
it should set this path in that script

If does not actually matter - library path is only needed for the performance pack, which is currently unsupported (I think - the was implementation for Linux posted on weblogic.* newgroups), and you do not need it for development. -

well when I give the startConsole.sh script from the terminal in linux should I see the console ui on the screeen which I am not able to see at this moment.And also when I try to start the ejb deployer by giving the weblogic.weblogicdeployer tool class I am not able to start it is giving null pointer exception.please let me no some
