Hi,
I am planning to use Weblogic as the App Server.Weblogic has the feature to deploy any web componemts like JSP/Servlets.But do i need any other webserver which will host the web components and inturn will interact with the weblogic for some ejb's.
Please clarify..
Under what conditions one will go for both or for only weblogic.
Thanx
Gopinath

If you also have lots of static content, i.e images or static html, then have a webserver front-end could help performance.
We use Apache for our font-end and have Apache doing all authentication.

I have a question here. Does Apache need to be run on
a Unix Platform or can it be run on Windows?
Thanx
