Each J2EE developer knows JBoss. It's perfect in learning J2EE technology. However, where I can find some successful cases using JBoss? Where is JBoss's successful customer? If it's valuable only in learning J2EE. I prefer WebLogic or Websphere trial edition because most commerical cases are based on WebLogic, Websphere or Oracle 9iAS. I am right?Threaded Messages (4)

Firstly, JBoss is a application server used for medium sized enterprise appications. If the appication demands lot of load balancing or distribution , people go for weblogic or websphere.Thease two app servers support load balancing by the process called 'clustering' where two or more app servers are bundled together. Also as u know enterprise applications need this feature, customers tend to incline towards websphere or weblogic.
you can find customers who are using jboss in www.jboss.org.
Jboss people are working towards clustering and in the near future u may see many big titans using Jboss...

Hoo.. You are playing with fire here.
I think you will have to look at Jboss site and their coming up partnership programme to give you an idea and don't fogrget to check on some big corportae as their customers listed on their site.
