Using Mozilla 1.5, if you go to the discussion page for a News item, the "Reply", "Mark as noisy", "Post reply" and "Go to top" links are being displayed over top of the message text near the bottom of the message. As well, the "Go to top" link is extending past the column width and into the right column.
