I am working on a project where there are many independed service components which communicate with each other using JMS. I want to know about any tools available for testing the performance and functionality of each service components. The type of messages used for communication is TextMessages and the contents of the message is a XML file with the data that need to be processed by the receiveing service components. This system works on a weblogic 8.1 platform. there is something called as JMSML but that will not serve any of these purpose
Well u can use a tool like Load Runner or a good freely available tool called OpenSTA. Well u need to create some JSPs for that. Record u'r transactions and run them using data files .
Or else write a simple multithreaded application which pumps messages to services if they are to be tested independently.
Try this: ObjectWeb's JMS Test Suite
