    Hi,

    I am searching for a Menu bar tool for a web-based project.

    Here are the requirements for the Menu Bar.

    1) The menu should be configurable with Java beans or XML.
    2) Commercial or open source products (menu bar) are acceptable.
    3) No Java Script Menu Bar.
    4) No Menu Bar with Custom Tags.

    Any kind of advise or help is appreciated.

    Look at struts menu project - http://struts-menu.sourceforge.net/. I dont know of any other non Javascript menu.
