Hello
I was thinking of building a class diagram for a typical J2EE application like say a online shpooing store. This
is just for learning UML modelling. Is there a reference UML model (especially class diagram) for such a J2EE application?

All of the Design Tools (Together, Rational, Poisedon) has samples atleast one on ecommerce.
If you can download the evaluation edition, check out the samples for j2ee/java design samples.
