I'm trying to redirect users after a "20 second" delay to another page, "IF" they posted information to the page.

I have a form that users fill out, and after they submit their information, I check to see if request.getMethod() equals "POST".

If it does, I give them "alternate" information on that same page, thanking them for filling out the information. Then I want to redirect them to the same page, which will simply give them the blank form they previously filled out.

I know that I can use this:

response.sendRedirect("page.jsp");

to redirect them to the same page, therby having them see the form they previously filled out. However, I need some type of "delay" before doing that, since that code wouldn't even let the user see the "Thank you" message.

Aside from putting a "if this is a POST insert this meta tag refresh in the head tag", is there any way to do this within the "body" of the JSP file?
