Has anyone out there been involved in migrating a project to Hibernate? I am on a large-scale project and we are looking into migrating our current persistence system to Hibernate.

I'm trying to find some experiences on the subject - anyone out there want to share any of their experiences, pros, cons, etc, of moving their project to Hibernate?
