we used it to diagnose some production problem issue and we could not track the issue , til somebody told us about performasure from quest....it took us 1 hour to diagnose our problem and send it back to repair in DEV.

Well, the same applies to all the load-testing tools of the market: they are very good simulating users, but once you start getting bad response times, you are unable to find out the bottle-neck until you use some kind of tool such as PerformaSure, Introscope or OptimizeIT.

And yes, PerformaSure can make the magic to find the problem in only five minutes (in production environments also).
