We are running iplanet on a Sun Solaris 9 with 8 CPUs. I notice under heavy load that only 4 out of the 8 CPUs are being utilized. If you look at the aggregate utilization, we are using 15 to 20%; however if you look at a breakdown by CPUs, 4 are running at 80% and the other 4 are running about 2%. Is there a way to spread the load across all the CPUs?
