WTP 1.5.2 has been released, with fixes to many bugs and performance problems that were found too late to fix in the previous maintenance release. Those with 1.5.1 already installed need only use Update Manger to "find updates for currently installed features".
All-in-one zip files, SDKs, and minimal runtimes are also available from the download site.
