I'm trying to evaluate popular task tracking systems. I already know about Jira. but I don't know about other popular systems & the features that they provide.
For Jira, I like the configurable dashboard, linking related tasks & linking Jira to CVS to show changed files related to each task. But, I don't know so much about its different reports.
So, First I was wondering if there's any resource which provides a list of popular task tracking systems & their pros and cons.
Second what everybody think about the features that task tracking systems provide.
