I would start with a decent tutorial from
Gopalan Sureshraj at http://www.execpc.com/~gopalan/
and the usual developer.sun.java.com is also very helpful.
ad you will find many more with your search. And pick up "Enterprise java beans"(little train on the Cover), I think second edition and "Applying Enterprise Java Beans" and you will have useful pass time for a little while.
