I am looking for a simple and easy to use tool for developing some simple ejb apps and deploying them as well...
I will be changing companies..and will be working on weblogic...
Can someone please suggest a good tool so I can learn at home.
I am not looking for an app server to download and play with it ..but if thats the case then i have no choice..yet i was hoping someone could guid me on a lightweight tool to accomplish the same

U can create ur EJBs on a variety of tools or editors, the best one I have used so far is Visual Cafe 4.0.
But for deploying ur beans u need to have an app server.
