Yes you can map EJB3.0 entity beans to views. -

I don't see a reason for doing this. I am commenting with out even knowing your circumstances. Can you tell me little more about your drivers for doing the same. Other options to consider: 1) If you are using a RIA - think of generating direct XML and bypassing the intermediate steps. 2) IBatis and Hibernate like tools 3) Light weight and faster tools - http://onelinejdbc.wiki.sourceforge.net/ 4) A search engine instead of CMP. What exactly are your requirements. - Sunil & Abinash
