The character display effect in RAQ Report cell can basically meet most display demands, but sometimes web report users need to display some personalized characters in the cells, such as rotate characters, therefore some special operations should be carried out to the characters, this article will introduce how to implement displaying personalized characters in cells. Implementation thoughts Personalized characters often comes from the characters defined in css and html, you may display personalized characters just by putting these html to the cells. Next we will create an example of personalized characters, the steps are as follows: Create a normal report, in cell A1, we use the default characters in RAQ Report. Right-click on cell A2, set its data type as HTML, input the HTML statements in the content box, as shown below:

In this statement, the style part controls the rotation of the characters, Rotation=1 means to rotate 90 degrees clockwise (there are many other HTML statements like this). You should note that when the data type of the cell is HTML, the resize of the cell does not work and, you should adjust the height of the cell to display the whole content. This requirement of personalized characters can be satisfied easily. By embedding the HTML statement, many web report users can do some personalized setting to the characters through the powerful HTML statement, achieving a better effect.
