We are using CA Wily CEM (customer experience manager) application server monitoring tool to monitor apache and weblogic servers. I am new to this monitoring tool and want to know the following things:--
1) Is CA wily CEM capable to being integrated with any other tool i.e. is their a way to send the data/messages out of it to another system (as a web service or any other format like SOAP, HTTP messages, Custom message etc).
2) Is their a way to configure CA wily alerts to any other medium apart from e-mails and the dashboard view.
3) What all middlewares [like vitra/mq-series] it can monitor?
Any info around this is highly appreciated.
