What would be your current read on demand vs. supply in the US market for Java / JEE skills?  It has been four or five years since I was last hiring in this field.  There was a definite skills shortage in the US at that time.  I had assumed the market had changed in the past few years and that there would be a surplus of skills available.  However, I am finding it something of a challenge to recruit the skills for positions I have currently posted at www.consultingbench.com.  What is your read on the market?  Is the supply of skills very tight?
