Java Caching technologies (preferably Gigaspaces)

Multi-threading development

Windows and Linux

SQL (writing triggers, stored procedures and queries on either MSSQL, Oracle or sybase)

Strong OO Design

At least 4 years in Java and already staying in Singapore
