Hi everybody,
Could anybody out there please help me in the download of tomcat.What version is best for download?.In the jakarta.apache.org website there r a lot of versions of tomcat.which would be the best version.

That depent what kind of OS you r using.
For a stable version of tomcat, you'd better download a Tomcat 3.2.1.
Note: In jakarta ftp site, there are some different tomcat files related to different OS suchas WinNT, Linux, and so on. -

Hi Preety
Avoid Tomcat 4.0 coz buggy Java beans support.
Use Tomcat 3.2.X
