Would it not be wise to make a list of intelligent questions and a compiled answer for commonly asked technical questions on the forum. Then you won't have a new person asking questions which have been tackled earlier many times over!!!. I don't know how feasible would that be!!

Idea is good as far as an entry level programmer is concerned. I believe all of us, while working with some project encounter problems and the result such great queries. But I think that after reading the answers one's thinking process might cease and he might become lazy.
