Smart Mobility, Social Media and Virtual Assistant: NextiraOne’s contact centre experts to present real life examples of customer service optimisation at this year's Call Center World event

Teltow, 14 February 2012 – When Europe's largest meeting place for the call centre industry opens its doors in Berlin from 28 February to 1 March, NextiraOne, Europe’s leading expert in communications services, will be inviting visitors to discuss the development of their customer service strategies.
