Earlier this week TheServerSide pushed an article about Twitter Bootstrap, a handsome little JavaScript library that can take you web applications to the next level by helping you create a single site that can dynamically morph itself in such a way that makes it enjoyable to view on a variety of different devices. But of course, creating a 'responsive design' isn't the exclusive domain of Twitter Bootstrap.
