That's a good question. I think they'll be segmented a lot like they are today for J2EE applications but I think the separation will be even better between the Web tier developers and the service tier, or business tier developers, because there won't be as much of a chance of crossing boundaries and intermingling service and business logic concerns with presentation tier concerns. So I think we'll see folks who are Web tier developers today and who are also client-side developers and even designers today, build these rich internet applications, but organizationally speaking, I expect to see a separation between those folks and the people who are building the Enterprise JavaBeans, the business process components, and JMS, JCA, etc. services.
