The JBoss division of Red Hat has acquired Rosetta ESB, an ESB product developed by Aviva Canada (JBoss Customer profile) on top of JBoss. Mark Little, in his announcement of the acquisition, says that this will "accelerate our plans for delivering on the architectural goals we have developed and hopefully benefit the community at large with the preeminent SOA platform we all agree is needed." It's unclear from the announcement if Rosetta ESB conforms (or has any intent to conform) to the JBI specification, although it's hard to imagine that specification compliance isn't in its future.
