            <description><![CDATA[I discovered <a href="http://www.pspad.com">PSPad</a> on the front of a mag recently. I have to say, it is VERY impressive. I used to use Ultraedit and PSPad does everything that UE did at zero cost.

Kudos to the PSPad creators.
