It's very funny-I sometimes say that the size of the wireless and mobile market is zero-there is really no wireless/mobile market. And why is that? Well, it's like the same logic that there is no market for remote controls. Right? Because remote controls is part of the television market and wireless is part of the enterprise software market; the software market if you will.
So while remote control technology is phenomenally important to the television industry, it's an incredibly important technology, it's not something that has its own market. You don't go and buy your own remote control; you buy a television set that has a remote control. And by the same logic, the software company's not building wireless/mobile into their products and throughout their products, they're not selling software-increasingly they are not going to be able to sell their software-just like television manufacturers could not dream of making a television today without a remote control.
So that's how when I think aloud, in my group within Oracle, I think of us building a remote control technology for Oracle, which is a software company.
