My name is Sean Neville. I'm in software engineering at Macromedia where I'm currently focused on Rich Internet Application development, particularly in the enterprise. I joined Macromedia though to originally focus on the JRun J2EE application server and served as the architect of that product, focused on JINI-based clustering, Enterprise JavaBeans container architecture and a number of other features in JRun. I also served in the architect role on a product called Flash Remoting which was our first foray into linking J2EE to rich clients. Macromedia sits on the JCP SE/EE executive committee and I sit in that seat under Macromedia's name and contribute to a number of JSR expert groups.
