U dont need 2 inculde Entity bean in jar file.
rather U shud include in Session bean's deployment descriptor this Entity bean9
    I think in ejb-jar.xml file
    U shud include <ejb-ref></ejb-ref>
                    <ejb-ref-type><ejb-ref-type>
                     <ejb-ref-name></ejb-ref-name>
This will work ,if U properly include UR entity bean in the session bean's deployment descriptor.
UR jar file shud contain as usual only the bean U R deploying (here session bean)which inculdes home ,remote, bean.
