The Oracle Technology Network (OTN) has created a "Middleware Architecture Series". Every week, for nine weeks, a new paper will come out that focuses on middleware challenges.

The OTN went to some of Oracle's top customers to get this real world content, which includes topics such as:

(Dan Norris, Senior Consultant, Celeritas Inc)

    - Persistence Goes Prime Time At The U.S.Department of Defense
(Jim Scott, Software Development Manager, Northrop Grumman)

    - Don't Overlook The Soft-knowledge in Software Integration
(Ashvin Vellody, Solution Architect - Cap Gemini Ernst & Young)

    - J2EE Application Development—What a Professional Architect Really Thinks
(Aaron Haimovitz, Applications Architect, Ventureforth Inc.)

    - New Opportunities in Retail Integration Architectures
    (Virgil Fernandez, CTO of Tomax)

    - How Web Cache Opens Window of Opportunity
(Doyle Freeman, CTO of Cisco Inc)

    - Architecting for Availability and Performance: A Behind the Scenes Look At Oracle's Own Web Operations
(Steve Comstock, Manager, Global IT, Oracle Corp.)

    - Watch and Learn: End User Performance Monitoring

  2. Nothing but Oracle marketing gimmiks[ Go to top ]

These papers seems to me nothing but Oracle marketing brochure. No techical details just marketing gimmiks. They used 9i and Toplink and then the honey moon period started. After that some body has to do lot of work :-) Oh that's why they haven't used Oracle JDeveloper yet....

I agree, these are marketing papers, not technical papers. Please don't post links to this crap every week for nine weeks.
