I'm aware to the extend that we do have J2EE framework/architecture while developing applications. But, do we have anything like J2EE coding standards or something in those lines? If yes, where do we get any documents/guidelines describing the same?
Well, if by coding standards you mean things like idioms and design patterns, they can be found in the J2EE blueprints by Sun, and pattern repositories such as the on on TheServerSide (which actually contains many idioms as well).
If you mean "coding standards" per se, then no, there aren't any J2EE coding standard, because J2EE is not a programming language. The normal Java coding conventions apply to J2EE as well.
