I have successfully deployed a CMP mapped to 7 tables.
My program is running smoothly without any sort of problems.
I would like to know if anybody has faced any performance issues while working with TOPLink, like is it slow (although I didn't found it), does it eats up ur cache or something, etc etc ...
I would like to know these before we buy this product.

It all depends on the mapping. I have seen TOPLink slower at some places. If you write a lot of finder methods, then it is ok. Also, partial queries can be problem.
