You are actually asking to be given an encyclopaedia to be given. Thinking out one is difficult but Teckchek has good testing for Websphere Administration except that is was on Websphere 3.0 or so. That gives a more balanced view of questions you may want to answer. If you are developing your own however, it would necessarily cover deployment, security, websphere environment, clustering architecture, caching, transaction. Really like I said, it is like encyclopaedia. I hope this helps.
