I'd like to know how I can call a page using POST method without a JSP page, I mean, call another page with parameters from a servlet using POST. Usually I would create a JSP page with a form and hidden fields to submit, but I don't want my parameters can be seen with 'View Code'. I can't use forward because the other page is at another machine (I can't take the context).
what about if store your parameters in the session? I am not sure but I hope it would help you.
The easiest way to do this is to use something like the Jakarta Commons to create a POST request and then stream the result into the servlet response.
Check out for example HTTP taglib in Coldtags suite:
You do not need to create a form.
