EJB design: New to J2EE

    I've been Microsoft ASP for a while and I would like to get back into Java. I'm a big fan on good IDE's as well as purchasable libraries. I'd like to get started and maybe even take some courses. Could anyone help me get started with a few answers to questions I have?
