This blog is devoted to news and events leading up to TheServerSide Java Symposium, to be held March 18-20 at Ceasar’s Palace in Las Vegas. You can find out more about it, and register at http://javasymposium.techtarget.com/index.html. Right now, we have several 15-minute slots that we’re setting aside so that those who are leading or active in open source development projects can tell the community about those projects. You’ll have the opportunity to get in front of a room of your peers and discuss the goals and progress of your project. Because we’ll have wireless Internet available, they can download your project code as you’re speaking and give it a test run, asking questions based on immediate experience. Any Java project that is under active development is eligible. If we get more submissions than we have slots available, we’ll randomly select the participants. I hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to communicate with the community about your project at TheServerSide Java Symposium next March.
