    All these features you stated here are also can be done with a PDF editor ,  it also allows you to edit pdf security, add or delete or edit text in pdf file, insert or extract image and even make text visible with OCR correction program, then you can edit text in image-based or created from scanner's pdf files. Basically, you can edit a pdf file with editing tool as you edit in Ms Word document.
