    Cern, You should check out dWebSpec from Structured Web Technology. dWebSpec provides a scheme for annotation based interface specification. A tool that converts the specification and generates the interface is still in the works. Check out their site http://www.structuredwebtech.com/ and download the free documentation. The specification aspects could be of relevance for your immediate need.
