I'm a new partner at escrow.com and I need someone to setup the forms to send and receive xml data for me.

The following information should be used for all XML requests:
•Request Protocol: https
•Request Method: POST (send only the XML)
•Content Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
•Use URLEncode function when sending data to Escrow.com
•Do not include a DOCTYPE declaration


 I have the sample xml data; how to send it and receive it on the other hand is confusing to me.  So, your task will be to setup the method to do this in a simple way so that I can do it from that point on in the future.  If you are interested, respond here with your skill set.
