What is the exa t difference between java bean and EJB. Which is related to COM in microsoft.

In short javabeans are reusable components developed
for the client side and can be used with JSP/servlets.
EJB components are serverside components.
Well Sukhbir is infact right.
But if you want to have a much clear picture about various components and difference between them, what are deployable and development components,etc, then read page 10 of Mastering EJB by Ed Roman.
