Oh...and a I think a good developer is unlikely to tag himself with an acronym particular technology. He doesn't confuse a tool for a profession.

A top notch J2EE developer should above all be clean, and handsome.

But clean is most important. Customers has a right to expect good personal hygiene from a enterprise developer.
