This is the best read I've had in a while. I suggest adding a new forum specifically for the, hopefully, numerous responses to the open call for real-life experiences.

I really liked the chapter 5 :Profilers although it left me wanting for more. When is this book due to be released?
I am quite sure there is an increasing market for this field of application performance management.
