We are using IBM WAS 220.127.116.11 with IBM HTTP Server 18.104.22.168 and both are running on different AIX boxes 22.214.171.124. We have few web applications vertically clustered in the WAS. The web applications consist of few web-based forms and when these forms are submitted, the user gets some or the other response. But occassionally, the users are getting just blank screens as response, once they submit the forms. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Can you check different timeouts that are set in the IHS and WAS servers, it's typically that clients are waiting for response and the IHS or WAS response time was too long for their configured protocol_http_timeout_output value or another one...
you can check these values in Application Servers > yourServer > Web Container > HTTP Transport >yourHost> Custom Properties
I assume you have already checked the log files for errors. Anything obvious?
