I am looking for some comparison between Eclipse IDE and Java Studio Enterprise IDE. Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Eclipse itself is terrific IDE for plain java not J2EE (unless you prefer vi style :) reqire plug-ins = $$$/wide selection of free plug-ins.
Enterprise = J2EE.. rather WSAD than Eclipse -

I recommend to use Eclipse with JBOSS IDE and JBOSS AS as development platform for J2EE.
Or use WebTools from Eclipse project.
Works for me.
