    Another useful feature: Give the option to show the replies to posts in a hierarchical layout. I say "give the option" because I think that many users would prefer to keep the interface as it is. Perhaps a "+" icon (similar to a Java tree) could be placed next to the original post, and when the user clicks on it the hierarchy would be expanded, but by default the threads would be collapsed.
